For those of you on the list still using hotmail heres some must read information to keep yourself informed:

By using hotmail you're effectively buying into M$s whole .NET strategy and supporting and ligitimiseing M$ to boot. There are many other webmail options out there that are more secure. 

PS did anyone else notice the correlation between increasing security problems with hotmail and hotmails migration off FreeBSD?
