Don,

I agree with you..  If people use Windows..  well, it's getting more 
difficult for me to be more than sorry for them, rather, if it's a windows 
problem, then good luck, because they are going to need it.

An example is at work a number of windows computers have been infected with a 
virus.  The fact that windows using MS Outlook will actually take what should 
be plain text of an email and execute it is just plain crazy.. but people 
seem to like it.. 

Just for my 2 cents.  Recenly my family needed a newer computer... I gave 
them one... however, with Linux rather than Windows on it.  They seem to be 
able to use it just fine, without the need for windows, and without technical 
support from me.. so that proves that when a Linux system is setup correctly, 
anyone can use it.
