[wellylug] Re: WLUG Donations and Christchurch LUG

Hi,
         I joined your LUG over the weekend.  I live in Christchurch and have 
been 
involved with the Christchurch LUG for about a year.  Recently I have booked 
a venue for a couple of meetings and a group of us have pulled our resources 
toward getting the CLUG motivated toward regular monthly meetings.  This will 
be decided at the meeting tomorow night.  We have put up a web site to keep 
people informed at what we are up to at:   http://christchurch.lug.net.nz/ 
I joined your lug the Dunedin and the NZLUG so that I could learn more about 
LUGS in NZ and to pick up more knowledge about linux.  Of course anyone is 
free to join the Christchurch LUG if they wish.
         I think it is great idea having distros at public libraries! (that 
is I 
think that is what you are doing... I just started getting your LUG mail 
Sunday).
