I have my flash plugins in /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins. A lot of plugin
documentation assumes you are using netscape :-(.

Works fine though. In fact, I installed the Crosswinds plugin and now I
get Shockwave as well!

You may find as I did that you need to install java for mozilla too
before you can get flash running.
