Hi,
Does anyone know about using cbq? I want to do some traffic shaping and
having problems making it work. Here is a page I've been looking at. Got
cbq from sourceforge, read the readme, setup a config file, and tested it..
and it does not limit the traffic..
Thanks; Glen
I was testing with FTP traffic, limit heaps, to test, using this test file
/etc/sysconfig/cbq/cbq-10.ftp-network
DEVICE=eth0,128Kbit, 11Kbit
RATE=1Kbit
WEIGHT=100bps
PRIO=5
BOUNDED=yes
RULE=:21,192.168.0.0/24
RULE=:20,192.168.0.0/24
this is the output of the stat's that it's loaded as the bandwidth rules
[root at wizards cbq]# ../../rc.d/cbq.init-v0.7 stats
