Fellow paradise subscribers -

As you may be aware ftp://debian.paradise.net.nz holds ISOs of various
distros.  Yesterday I sent an e-mail ask them if were possible to place
the Mandrake 9.0 beta 4 ISOs on their FTP server.  I also spoke to one
of their helpdesk people this morning, and he told me that folks
internal to Paradise occasionally place the ISOs up their in their own
time when they feel like it.  He also said the more people request it
the more they are inclined to do so.

Since it actually makes good business sense for them to download the
ISOs (rather than have five or ten of us download the betas separately),
would it be possible for any of you who are on Paradise to politely
e-mail them and say you too would like to see them placed on the FTP
server?  It could be the Mandrake beta 4 ISOs, or I imagine some would
be keen on the Red Hat ISOs etc.  Let them know what we think.

It is advantageous for us because downloading national traffic consumes
a lot less bandwidth usage than international traffic.  It may even use
nothing if it is just from their FTP server (I don't know).
