If they're like the two I've played with, they need to boot via tftp,
and you need the appropriate software to load on the server. If you can
get that from where you got the terminals, that makes them a whole lot
more useful. Some versions appear to be available if you ask NCD nicely,
otherwise they charge you for them, and it's not that cheap.
There's either a HOWTO or mini-HOWTO for getting these going in the
usual repositories.
If I had the spare $100 you were asking in nz.comp, I'd probably snap
one up (pending checks for software availability). Unfortunately, I
don't. Unless you want to swap for a 486 or some other item of old junk
I have lying around ...
