[wellylug] mysql, php, tonight

Hi Everyone,

I am going to do a walk through for those interested at the Welllug 
tonight on mysql and php.  Attached is the files I will be using, with
an example written already.  If you want to work through what we do 
tonight, then having a copy of this will be handy.

You will also need mysql and php installed if you want to try get this 
example working.

I hope we can cover enough to get someone new to php and mysql to be able
to write a guestbook for a website that stores records in mysql.
