[wellylug] Squid autorisation

RedHat 7.2 has it setup as:

drwxr-x--- 2 squid     squid  ......

also check in your '/etc/groups' and '/etc/passwd' file that squid is an
entry
here are the entries I have:
/etc/passwd:
squid:x:23:23::/var/spool/squid:/dev/null

/etc/group:

squid:x:23


I hope this helps, I haven't used squid yet so I can't give you much more
information than this.
