I will bring my PC along as usual. 

What I would like is to look at an email server setup, complete with client
interfaces for POP3 clients from a local LAN at home.

I want the server to dial-out several times a day to pick up mail, retry if
the line is busy (wife on the phone), and to access two different service
providers. One ISP provides 2 email address for me personally, another email
for another purpose, and the other ISP provides another email address for a
semi-business/research purpose. So what I want are each account replicated
on the local mail server so the clients can access each as required.

Simple enough for the knowledgeable, but not for some.

In addition I would like to check out VNC settings and Web Server (for the
LAN only) settings to get that working.

That should occupy the learned for about 5 minutes, and if they care to
explain tot he rest of us what they do then about a 1/2 hour.

I have no plans as yet for this weeks meeting, perhaps someone would
like to come forward and volunteer to present on a topic?

We need to do a little planning and get some people to volunteer to
present for upcoming meetings if we are going to return to the 'old'
meeting format that it seems people want.

Unfortunately my time is a precious commodity at the moment as my
partner and I have only 5 months left before our Wedding and I'm sure
that you can all appreciate that we have a lot of work to do! Given
this anyone who'd like to offer a helping hand with taking over the
running of a meeting or two would be greatly appreciated!
