I've asked eVision (through my old ties to 2020 Trust) & they have a room, but
only at $100 per night. There are some nice facilities there if we can find the
$$ though.

I'll ask the Tararua Tramping Club, whose clubrooms are off Kent/Cambridge
Terrace, & may be available, prob a lot cheaper. Maybe a bit short on resources
like power, whiteboards & tables though.
