My first thought was the obvious - delete it :-)

My second, spur of the moment thought: the BIOS is (often) shadowed in
RAM, right? Would it be possible to get LILO (or GRUB or whatever) to
install replacement BIOS calls, that translate the hardware clock to what
Windows expects? When it gets a call to advance the clock, it just
changes the mapping instead. It'd have to save it somewhere, of course ...

This is obviously not a quick fix :-(
