Yes - so many variables.  Money for broadband would be nice!  :-)
I have dithered about buying a 56K modem for about two years!  Part of my
reality is - downloads are only for upgrades or new software.  I don't have
a big enough computer or RAM for anything more.

Anyway - bit the bullet.  Bought the DSE one - 7 day trial, money back.
Fine In Win 95 -yet to see in Linux, but spose'd be compatible.
