[Rob Giltrap]

RedHat do not seem focused on the desktop user. RHN is nice but not
great. It sounds like Mandrake are delivering a good desktop user
'service' with the Mandrakeclub which is similar to (and has probably
surpassed) the Ximian service.

And as far as Gnome goes the problem is that Galeon 2 and Evolution 1.4
are not yet complete so the whole look and feel just isn't there yet.
Having said that the new Nautilus is excellent.
