Grab yourself the 3 Mandrake 9.1 install CDs from some friendly person
on this list. I'll burn them for you if you like, standard charge is 6
replacement blank CDs or a $10 donation (cash or beer is fine!)

Tell us what your system hardware looks like. Specifically: processor
type and speed, amount of memory, hard disk size(s), soundcard make and
model, graphics card, modem, peripherals and gizmos you want to be
supported (scanner, printer, webcam, electric toothbrush, etc)
3.
If you have a fairly average common garden PC, you can just put the
Mandrake CD in the drive and reboot (you nay need to adjust your BIOS
so it can boot from the CD). Just follow the instructions on screen -
choose your language, country, keyboard and mouse, then grab a cup of
tea while it installs itself.
