It should work though I have sold laptops with that chipset on them, and
I remeber having some difficulty with it. I'd suggest getting something
like a geForce4 mx440 which will do hardware 3D.
I can sell you one for $130, and come and install and set it up, and
give you a basic rundown on Linux and it's apps for a small fee.
Where are you.
