In short, yes.  Mandrake users will by and large know the quirks and
strengths / weaknesses of Mandrake more than, say, a Debian or Red Hat
user.

For instance if someone just doesn't know about urpmi and the various
Mandrake mirrors, they'll turn to what they do know, rpm, which in terms
of ease of use is like buying milk at the dairy vs. milking a cow
yourself.
