I've been tidying up our storeroom at work and have found a device with a
couple of serial ports, a parallel port, a hex keypad and LCD displys on it.

The only marking on it indicate the it is a 'Fakerscope 2000' made by a
company called Componedex.

I've Googled, Altavista'd etc. but cannot for the life of my find any
details on what this actually does. My best guess is that it is something
for testing old serial terminals, but perhaps someone here knows?
