http://www.kiwiwebhost.co.nz offers the full works for $1 a week. Includes 
mailing lists, mysql etc, cpanel. No ssh access on this account though.

Purchasing a domain name really needs for the lug to be formalised somehow, 
but a domain name would be a good idea. But *not* wlug.org.nz.

The NZPCA has two domain names - nzpca.org.nz and computers.org.nz. Guess 
which one people remember when they are referred to the NZPCA website?
