I received one yesterday and had a good read.
I doubt there is anything that can be done. The letter explicitly states it
is solicitation of business. If anyone is mug enough to accept solicitations
as genuine invoices then so be it.

Just ignore it, from what I understand this is being escalated to the
registrar of domains for NZ who will be looking into it.
Feel free to call them and give them a piece of your mind - however their
phone system is permantly jammed - hopefully with people telling them
where to stick their bogus invoices.
