That means that it can't translate your hostname (which I assume is
"Digital") into a fully qualified name, and there's nothing to override
it with a more appropriate name.

If you haven't already, you'll probably want to put an appropriate fully
qualfied name into /etc/mailname.  For exim (which you mention running)
I think the other place you'll need to set it is in /etc/exim/exim.conf
(qualify_domain = ...) -- but I thought the try-to-configure-exim Debian
install scripts did that for you.

You may want to test sending mail with mailx or similar to double check
it's not something which has crept into your mutt configuration.
