Jethro´s had fun with older video cards and Robin´s had hassles

It's fine now, but it was a *lot* of hassle getting a PCI ATI Radeon card
working with 3D acceleration. I learned a lot of stuff I really didn't want
to know :-)

So would anyone like to recomend a video card that works ¨out of the box¨ 
under linux?
Want to build an intel system proably use Abits BH7 board which only supports 
4X AGP. Can´t deside between Nvidia or ATI with drivers being the biggest 
issue.
No time for gaming but like photography and may tackle animation to demonstate 
dance moves
Nb: dedicated Linux system no Windows to clean here! Currently running M9.1 on 
an Athlon-  nforce setup.
