The course is capped at around 15 students, a mix of honours and LLM students. 
It is presumably run like the old honours seminars [I havent done one since 
your time.].  Each session is devoted to presentation and disucssion of one 
or two papers.  

I want to force each student to study and write about specific licenses.  So, 
I have to get together a list of licenses and associated legal issues which I 
can twist into 15 seminar topics.
