And then you're sending your mail from "localhost.localdomain"
(literally) which is exactly the text which was causing the problem for
Persian in the first place.  (Yes, I've checked, and it appears in the
headers of your email to the list.)

The general idea is right, but if you don't have a real (Internet-known)
hostname and domain to put in their you'll probably do more harm than
good.
