We have ADSL since last week.

All I know is I have never had a real domain name and I ran mutt for 4 years using exim.
with no problems. ( and no modem dial problems).

I do not want to use any mail prog which needs heavy mouse usage.

Can I use exim with RH9 then? and get rid of this sendmail?

I am sure I have made ALL the changes you suggested. I thought I had to
add my LOGIN name on my pc to the trusted file, not persian13 ??
The .muttrc has the header as from persian13etc.
My login name is lyndsay but the email is persian13. Did I give you the wrong info?

OK thanks again, I will look at it again tomorrow

regards
