Can anybody suggest where I might be able to co-locate my web/mail
server.  I need a reliable service which can provide 1 or more static IP
addresses, UPS protected power is preferable although if need be I can
supply my own UPS, room for one server and one firewall, both of these
probably mid tower cases.

Band width usage will be mostly national traffic.
