Not yet they can't but it looks like they are developing this. They plan for 
the firmware to be available at the end of december.

I've had an exhaustive search now, and it seems there are a couple of ogg-cd 
players but they are not available outside of korea or japan. There are a few 
HDD players but these are still quite expensive, or at least the ones that 
support ogg's are anyway. Hardware type mp3 players (flash memory type 
players) are pretty much in the same arena as the mp3 cd players, iRiver plan 
to release updated firmware for their products that will support ogg's, 
although some of the lower end players will miss out due to not powerful 
enough hardware.
