Fedora also uses Grub by default, I believe.

It seems to have some issues though - one of the guys at work had it on
his machine and grub ate itself somehow. It just needed a grub-install
/dev/hda again afterwards - I'm not sure what initally caused his
problems.

To fix it I did the following:

* Booted the fedora cd into rescue mode. This automatically mounted the
Fedora filesystem somewhere under /mnt/ (I forget the location)

* Chrooted to the path the fedora root was mounted at

* Checked that /boot/grub/menu.lst was as it should be

* Ran grub-install /dev/hda

grub-install may have an option to do the chrooting itself, as lilo does -
I didn't bother looking though.

Hope this helps,

Sam
