How close were the speakers to the screen? (or, how small is your room?).
In what way were they "damaging" the screen - given that speakers are mainly
magnetic, which is what the screen uses anyway to bend the beams around

I had to remove my hifi system from my room, as it was damaging my
screen :((

I need to find a new set of speakers. I mainly want good music and dvd
sound quality, but an affordable price....(preferably less than $250)

I was thinking maybe the tdk tremors....
