My initial investigations at Amazon have found books that either:
- deal with the 6.x series Postgresql
- recycle all the online docs to pad the page size
- work from an RDBMS bunny's perspective, and overlook the nitty-gritty of 
operations and coding

or all three.

Hmmm. Maybe there's a niche...
