Just looking at my notes...

have a read of these options in man mkisofs:

-auto         (for running an app or opening a file on insert of CD)
-hfs          (makes a iso9660/HFS hybrid, so it works in PCs too)
-no-desktop   (prevents desktop files - uses System folder instead)
-hfs-creator  (sets default creator)
-hfs-type     (sets default filetype tag. Set to ???? instead of TEXT - works 
better)
