[wellylug] Awk / mail processing

I've done this with chains of grep in the past, eg:
cat mbox | grep -vi Content-Length: | grep -vi MIME-Version: | grep -vi
Content-Type: > new.mail.box

each time I have thought "I must write a little prog to do this for me when
I get 'time'" :-)
