Thanks all for your replies
Will try the options you are writing about.

Yesterday I found MHonarc as well, quite a nice piece of soft to convert a 
specific mailbox into a HTML page.
A resource file can be edited to remove headers.
A bit like Munch Mail but much more efficient.
