Ive never done it with the two programs mentioned and dont know the formats they use but have moved address books from an imp webmail system to an openwebmail system by using some perl. If the two formats are avalible to export and import in some type of csv or text file this should be very easy to acomplish with perl. I'll happily give you a hand if you can provide the export file as text or csv and the import format that evolution wants.
