Sadly, I would agree.  

We have been "found" and it is probably not going to go away.  

I sincerely hope that this rubbish is not coming from within the Linux
community.  I've been in a situation before where a few people played
tricks on each other with a spam scheme.  It turned very ugly before
they were found.
