Okay, I have set the "member_posting_only" setting to "yes".  This
will mean that posts from addresses not on the mailing list will be 
held for moderator approval.

Users that frequently use more than one address (eg, home and work)
may wish to subscribe both addresses, and perhaps mark one as "posting
only" by setting it to receive "no mail" -- this can be done by
subscribing that address, and then going to the user settings page for
that address (in the details sent out when subscribing, or linked off
the "listinfo" URL below) and disable the receipt of messages.

If you have any problems doing this please mail me directly
<ewen at naos.co.nz> and I will add them through the admin interface.

I trust that Jamie and/or others will be reviewing the posts held
by this restriction reasonably often (eg, a few times a week) and
approving any posts which do belong.  There should be an email sent out
to the list maintainers any time a post is held like this.
