[wellylug] cp and Linking to /dev/dsp

Hi

I cannot create a link and I wonder why :

as root
I (bummer me !!) removed /des/dsp
cp -l /dev/sound/dsp /dev/dsp
should link /dev/sound/dev to /dev/dsp

Or do I need to recreate a /dev/dsp before ?
I got "Operation not permitted"
