What problems are you having?

Your file looks mostly similar to mine, except that mine has an extra colon
after each 0, which tells it to use a lockfile; and I don't bother escaping
the dots in domain names, because I figure the chances of the dot matching
something else resulting in a match of the line are minimal. Here's one of
my rules:

:0:
* ^Mailing-List.*users-help at httpd.apache.org
.Apache-users/

which seems to work OK.
