what could be useful, there are a few things that i can do in windows
that i haven't worked out how to do in linux yet. mostly hardware
things...
could be useful to see if anyone has worked out how .. or maybe that's
what the mailing list is for?

anyone know about linux gaming? i've been told that unreal tournament
runs on linux, but haven't been able to get it going. any other windows
network games i can join in from my linux box?? the only others i know
is quake and civilisation...

we have the odd gaming lan @ our place every few weeks. but i wiped
windows from my home machine and my friends can only handle do much
civilisation games...
