As far as commercial games that run natively under linux go, there aren't
that many.  You can get a lot of them running under Wine/WineX, but that's
not the point.

Other than Unreal 2003, one of the other 'big name' games that came out with
native linux support was Return to Castle Wolfenstein

Recently the linux client for Neverwinter Nights (http://nwn.bioware.com)
has been completed, so you can add that to the list (if you're into the
whole RPG game thing.)

There a large number of 'interesting' games that run natively on linux and
are completely free, just search around, here are two off the top of my
head.

Frozen Bubble
(a Puzzle Bubble clone)
