[wellylug] OpenGL on Nvidia nForce2 chipset.

I hope to have a Shuttle Athlon system running Mandrake 9.0 at the next meeting
on Monday (this uses the nForce2 chipset with dual onchip GeForce 4 MX
graphics. I have the nVidia drivers installed & working adequately, tho there
are a few things I'm uncertain about (getting dual head working properly
instead of quirkily is one, but I generally only use 1 screen so I'm not too
concerned at present). 

Installing the nVidia drivers was not straightforward (to someone of my limited
competence, anyway). I enlisted the help of a friend (RHCE) & between us,
several helpful websites & a few hours, we got it basically working (enough for
me to use the thing anyway).

I sold the one I built a couple of weeks ago (now running W2000Pro), the new
Shuttle stock came in today, so I should have this one built ready for Monday.
(I kept the hard drive with Mandrake installed, so all being well, I just need
to stick it & the other bits into the right places & it will be running :-)
