This is a unix, or perhaps linux, question, not a gentoo one.
As non-root, you are only permitted 1(!) argument to mount, being either
the device name or the mount point. The remaing device/mountpoint plus
all the options will be read from /etc/fstab. It is up to you to srt
this up such that it fulfills the desired purpose as well as being safe.
Btw you need the suid bit set on both mount and umount for this to work
for non-root.
