[wellylug] Installfest

I can make the following distro's available for the installfest:

Mandrake 9 - 3 CD Set  (or possibly 9.1 if held later in the year)
Redhat 8 - 3 CD Set
Debian 3 - Single CD
Slackware 8.1 - Single CD
Gentoo 1.2 - Single CD

I will no doubt be available for part of the event but cannot commit until I
know where/when it will be held.
