I like the latter best.

Notes:
If we include the Abs Pos message we may have to ask the City council for
permission as I think they own the intellectual property rights on the
slogan and all its uses.

It would be nice if the penguin was a little blue - standing. And we could
incorporate the NZ flag somewhere.
