then NO!
the penguin in general is the linux mascot, TUX is just one possible
representation of it.

there never was any motion that TUX would be the only linux logo,
there are groups/companies that use different penguin designs, and they all
look better than those trying to somehow reuse TUX.

there is nothing wrong with using TUX, but insisting that everything
else is wrong, is not right either.
please be original.
