[wellylug] Modem recommendations

Any ISA Hardware modem, try and avoid PCI modems. Of course this assumes
that your PC has ISA slots (most modern motherboards do not have ISA slots),
but I have been told that you can get some non-Windmodem PCI modems.
As an aside I have got Winmodems to work under Linux but in general their
performance (in Windows or Linux) is not up to that of a hardware modem.
