I did it recently.  It is directed at newbies, but with my existing 
knowledge, it was stretching me.  If you look at the content, to do it 
in 20 hours is demanding of the student.  And there is no time to go 
over it twice.  I am glad I did it.  As for judging the level, that is 
difficult given existing knowledge is likely to be unstructured

A switched on beginner who knows about Windows and concentrates would 
benefit hugely.  Alex Weiss who runs the course knows his stuff, is good 
to listen to and is helpful.

Recommended.
