[wellylug] Saturn Cable Modem Setup

Ok.
When I was setting mine up in Red Hat when I first got it, I could not
get anything to work. I nabbed the Net-Cfg rpm and  found the problem
was the device was not even activated. Mabye thats whats happening with
you.
Otherwise its just a simple case of setting up a NIC with the right
properties.
