[wellylug] Group Formalization

Could we not have one Wellington region LUG, but with two meeting times
each month - on in Wellington and one in the Hutt? This would mean that
those wanting to switch between groups or even attend both wouldn't need
to belong to two groups with two sets of subs. It could also mean that
the work done on creating a new logo wouldn't need to be repeated for
the Hutt. Also this listserve and the website could then apply across
both groups.
