This doesn't appear correct. The motherboard shown looks similar, but
has too many differences, to the one in the HP Pavilion 4422. Eg:
- No onboard sound
- Max ram is 256

The chipset is a intel 440ZX/66.

Yeah, thats what I meant by "stripped down version"
I have a Pavilion with an Asus MEW_AM board, but as you say, no onboard
sound*, 
missing half the video ram, etc.. 
You can find the board designation printed between (I think) the first and
second PCI slots

(*In this case, not a loss as the PCI sound card that the machine was
equipped with was 
probably better than the on board sound would have been)
